How to tweak Guacamole to Indian style? Chaat with Guacamole

This recipe is very quick, healthy and usually made in the morning before my family asks “What’s for lunch toady?”. I add two ingredients to make Guacamole, my style. Let the chaat begin

  • Cooking technique: Mashing, chopping and mixing
  • Level of difficulty: Easy
  • Serves: 2-3 people
  • Cost : under $10
INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 medium sized Avacados
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 2 celery sticks
  • Few springs of Cilantro
  • 2 spring onions
  • chaat masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 med sized Lemon
  • Avacado or olive oil (garnish)
PROCEDURE:
  1. Dice avocados, chop ( cilantro, Thai chilly, green onions), Slice cucumbers and celery sticks
  2. Put everything in a bowl and add lemon juice, cumin powder, salt and pepper
  3. Mix everything with a wooden spatula and finish it off with Avacado oil
  4. Serve with pita bread/crackers/tortilla chips
