This recipe is very quick, healthy and usually made in the morning before my family asks “What’s for lunch toady?”. I add two ingredients to make Guacamole, my style. Let the chaat begin

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 medium sized Avacados
- 2 small cucumbers
- 2 celery sticks
- Few springs of Cilantro
- 2 spring onions
- chaat masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 med sized Lemon
- Avacado or olive oil (garnish)
PROCEDURE:
- Dice avocados, chop ( cilantro, Thai chilly, green onions), Slice cucumbers and celery sticks
- Put everything in a bowl and add lemon juice, cumin powder, salt and pepper
- Mix everything with a wooden spatula and finish it off with Avacado oil
- Serve with pita bread/crackers/tortilla chips
